Forest City Military Communities, LLC (FCMC) was established to focus on and participate in the privatization of military family housing – creating and revitalizing neighborhoods for our nation’s service members and their families across the country. We are dedicated to the singular vision of enhancing the quality of life of military families through superior homes and welcoming neighborhoods. Locally, FCMC is the managing member in a partnership with the Department of the Navy to manage, maintain and revitalize neighborhoods on and around Marine Corps Base Kaneohe.
FCMC’s portfolio includes nearly 12,000 homes for Navy, Marine, and Air Force families in Hawaii, Washington state, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, and Tennessee. At each of these locations, the well-being and quality of life of military members and their families is paramount. FCMC is proud to play an integral part in our military’s modernization.
