Aloha and farewell! We understand that moving can be a stressful and difficult time for you and your family. We'd like to make your move from Hawaii to your new location as smooth as possible. If you are relocating to Navy Great Lakes, Crane Indiana, Navy Region Northwest, or Navy Region Mid-South, you will experience the most enjoyable and smooth transition of your military career. Forest City is proud to manage the Navy homes in these regions.
Plus, we've partnered with Lincoln Military Communities and Balfour-Beatty to make your transition into their homes as smooth as possible. Together, we've got the nation covered! Make special mention of your new orders to your resident services team. We will take care of all of the behind-the-scenes necessities for your relocation as we work with our extended Forest City family and our partners!
Please remember that the first requirement is that you must visit us at your Resident Services Office in person and provide us with a minimum of 28-days notice of your departure. Spouses must have a current Power Of Attorney (POA) to complete required documentation if Service Member is not available.
