Forest City's maintenance team is ready to respond immediately to all emergencies and to keep both the interior and exterior of your home in good repair at all times. Our skilled plumbers, electricians, carpenters, locksmith, and maintenance technicians are on call 24 hours per day/7 days per week. Should you need assistance, please call our service line at 839-HELP (4357).
Self Help Store
The maintenance team also operates a Self Help Store. The store is located conveniently at: 5089 Nimitz Rd, Building 16 and is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays.

- Grass seed/dirt (depends on availability)
- Light and cable outlet covers

*Please note the make of the fridge prior to picking up the filter. Filters may not be picked up prior to the indication light on the refrigerator turning on.
Directions:
From Nimitz Highway going towards Waikiki, make a left on Camp Catlin Drive, then make the first right onto Nimitz Road. Travel down Nimitz Road a few hundred feet and you will see Building 16 on the right. It will be directly across from the Halsey NEX Mini Mart
Pearl City Self Help Store
Pearl City Peninsula also has a new mini Self Help Store. It's open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. You can pick up lightbulbs, AC filters, blind slats, rodent glue traps and other items. The store is located at 557 Lehua Avenue in Pearl City Peninsula.

Directions
From Kamehameha Highway in Pearl City, turn onto Lehua Avenue going south. Lehua is near the Pearl City Shopping Center, to the west of the Pearlridge Mall. The store is located at Forest's Pearl City Peninsula Resident Services Office.
Camp Stover
Camp Stover and NCTAMS Residents may use the Self Help Store located at the Camp Stover Resident Services Office. It's open between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and carries supplies similar to the Pearl City Self Help Store.
