Resident Survey Follow-up and Deadline!

Forest City Residential Management (FCRM) thanks everyone that participated in the 2010 CEL & Associates resident satisfaction survey.
As you know last week our team hand delivered over 4500 surveys door to door in all Forest City Navy communities!
We were especially touched by so many positive comments by those of you we were able to catch at home and would like to thank you all for your kind words as we delivered surveys and smiles.
As a follow up to the delivery, please take a few minutes to complete your surveys and drop it in the mail. Deadline for submission is July 10th, so we can start receiving your feedback quickly! Your participation is key and 100% participation is our goal! We appreciate you!
