Forest City Residential Management (FCRM) is, “Taking Resident Satisfaction to the streets!” The 2010 CEL & Associates survey is Here! Because Forest City believes in the human-approach to residential management, we hand deliver the CEL & Associates Survey to all of our residents! Our teams will be in the communities delivering surveys June 22nd, 23rd and 24th and Yes we will deliver to all 4500+ homes! Residents will rate their satisfaction with Forest City services such as, management, leasing and maintenance as well as property appearance and condition. Residents score us on a scale of 1-5, with five being the best. It’s our report card, and of course, “WE STRIVE FOR 5!”
An e-mail sent to announce the survey delivery dates and deadline. The return postage for the CEL survey is pre-paid, so you can simply mail the completed surveys or return them to their Resident Services Office. Although a deadline for submission will be established, we encourage residents to fill-out the CEL survey as soon as it is delivered so we can begin receiving feedback immediately.
We want 100% participation this year in order to provide the information to better serve you. So, look out, our Forest City team will be on a street near you because, “WE STRIVE FOR 5!”
